These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coventis website and services (the "Service"), provided by Coventis, a product of ArchTech Systems LLC ("Coventis," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Coventis helps community associations and management companies draft, approve, and mail compliance notices based on documents and instructions provided by customers. Coventis does not provide legal advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Customer content

You retain all rights in the governing documents, resident data, photographs, and other content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Content to provide the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to access accounts you do not own, or using the Service to harass any person. You are responsible for ensuring notices generated with the Service comply with applicable law and your association's governing documents.

Fees

Fees, including postage funded through a pre-loaded mail wallet, are described in your order form or in-app disclosures.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Coventis is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coventis and ArchTech Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
